Keynote Speaker: Ian Astley – Let them buy bread’. How hard lessons in Mission Command from patrolling the streets of Londonderry can improve your leadership and empower your team.
Ian is a highly qualified and experienced mentor and coach, specialising in leadership development. Passionate about helping leaders and their organisations develop to fulfil their potential, with a proven record in coaching, mentoring, change management and continuous improvement.
He has been a mentor and coach for over 10 years, beginning in the military by overseeing the development of senior leaders, and their teams, in the Parachute Regiment and Royal Marines. During COVID Ian was one of a select group of Army mentors who provided planning and leadership support to leaders in the NHS. More recently, Ian have works with clients in public utilities, housing and property management services, as well as the charitable sector.
